First-Time Booking: For your convenience and to secure your appointment, we kindly request that first-time patients provide credit card information on file while filling out the intake form. Rest assured, All information will be kept secure and confidential. And please plan 10 minutes earlier for the first visit.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance at no charge. Rescheduling or cancelling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, including no-shows will result in a charge equal to the full amount of the reserved service amount.
Direct billing: Please understand that there may be instances where direct billing won’t be available for reasons such as the insurer’s online service interruptions, your specific policy’s billing eligibility, etc. We submit all treatment claims together in the morning to save time, So you may receive an email notification from the insurance company in the morning. The system accommodates same-day claims and voids, so there’s no need to worry. Please note: We do not accept Empire Life Insurance.
Online booking requires CREDIT CARD: From now on, we requires a valid credit card on file through online booking. Credit card information will be used to charge no show fee and late cancellation fee.

Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a hands-on form of medicine focused on the belief that your overall health is tied to the seamless function of your muscles, joints, and tissues.
Using manual techniques, an osteopath diagnoses and treats restrictions in movement, aiming to relieve pain, improve function, and support your body’s innate ability to heal itself.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is the insertion of thin metal needles to stimulate specific points on the body that reach the meridians. These stimulation points are called acupuncture points or acupuncture points. By doing so, it regulates the flow of air throughout the body and restores physical and mental health, thereby balancing yin and yang. The insertion of the needle is manipulated by hand or electrical stimulation, called electroacupuncture. Common Issues: Pain, Arthritis,Stress,Depression,fever, cold or flu.

治疗特点：
先以针灸疏通经络，再以手法放松肌肉、整复关节，达到“针推合一”、内外兼调的效果。
Therapy Features:
Acupuncture is first applied to unblock meridians, followed by manual techniques to relax muscles and adjust joints, achieving holistic internal and external regulation.
适用症状：
颈肩腰背痛、运动损伤、疲劳酸痛、关节活动受限。

Neck/shoulder/back pain, sports injuries, fatigue and soreness, limited joint mobility.
2. 针灸 + 拔罐
Acupuncture + Cupping
治疗特点：
针灸深层调节气血，拔罐祛除表邪寒湿，二者结合可增强排毒、活血化瘀之效。
Therapy Features:
Acupuncture regulates qi and blood at a deep level, while cupping removes superficial pathogens, cold, and dampness. The combination enhances detoxification and promotes blood circulation.
适用症状：
风寒感冒、肌肉僵硬、湿气重、慢性疲劳。
Suitable for:
Wind-cold common cold, muscle stiffness, dampness accumulation, chronic fatigue.
3. 针灸 + 刮痧
Acupuncture + Guasha
治疗特点：
针灸调和内在阴阳，刮痧释放表层瘀滞，特别适用于疏通经络、缓解急症疼痛。
Therapy Features:
Acupuncture balances internal yin and yang, while Guasha releases superficial stagnation. Particularly effective for meridian dredging and acute pain relief.
适用症状：
暑热头晕、肩颈紧张、局部瘀肿、免疫力提升。
Suitable for:
Summer heat dizziness, neck/shoulder tension, local swelling, immune support.
4. 针灸 + 头面部穴位调理
Acupuncture + Head & Face Acupoint Therapy
治疗特点：
全身针灸配合头面部穴位刺激，专注安神醒脑、美容养颜、缓解头痛与五官不适。
Therapy Features:
Whole-body acupuncture combined with head and face acupoint stimulation, focusing on calming the mind, enhancing facial vitality, and relieving headaches or facial discomfort.
适用症状：

- Head & Face Acupoint Therapy is available only with Dr. Peng.
- Tuina is available only with Dr. Wang and Dr. Wu.
